Desired Competencies

Must Have

• 6-10 years of software development experience with at least 4+ years in Node.js development.
• Strong expertise in building scalable backend applications and microservices.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Serverless architecture.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Front-end knowledge in React.js or Angular.
