Node Js Developer

Role & responsibilities

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, REST API development, and architecture.
• Strong experience with AWS services, cloud-native application development, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands on experience in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and backend platforms.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, application security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience working with modern software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, automated testing, and code review processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and technical leadership capabilities.

Leadership & Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading client-facing discussions, solution workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Experience mentoring team members and driving delivery ownership.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-impact delivery environment.

Preferred

• Experience with FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare, Insurance, or Payer domains.
• Experience working directly with US-based clients and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to Provider, Member, Claims, or Healthcare platform modernization initiatives.
