NOC Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues using alarm monitoring tools to ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding network-related problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require coordination across multiple systems.
• Document all incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in NOC (Network Operations Center) or similar role.
• Strong understanding of alarm monitoring software and ability to work with various types of alarms.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction during crisis situations.
