NOC Support Engineer L1

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and respond to alarms in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with alarm systems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to NOC operations.
• Maintain accurate records of incident resolutions, including documentation of troubleshooting steps and outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in NOC support engineering or similar role.
• Strong understanding of alarm monitoring principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
