NOC Monitoring Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with server monitoring software and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of outages or incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop documentation for NOC procedures and processes to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in data center operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as SNMP, WMI, or custom scripts.
