NOC Monitoring Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Configure and maintain alarm monitoring systems to ensure timely detection of potential problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting NOC operations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, backups, and firmware updates.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in data center operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server operating system administration.
• Proficiency in alarm monitoring tools and software (e.g. SolarWinds).
• Experience with server monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios) is desirable.
