Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor mainframe batch jobs from submission to completion, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues.
- Analyze job logs and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues related to workload automation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries from stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in mainframe batch monitoring or similar role.
- Strong understanding of console monitoring tools such as TWS (Time Workstation Scheduler).
- Experience with workload automation technologies like Automic or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics software.
