Command Center / NOC Operations Leadership

• End-to-end management of Command Center operations, team leadership, escalations, and service delivery.

Infrastructure Monitoring & Alert Management

• Expertise in monitoring tools, alert configuration, threshold management, event correlation, and proactive incident detection.

ITSM & Service Operations Management

• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management with hands-on experience in ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.

Good-to-Have Skills (Top 3)

Process Automation & Scripting

• Experience with automation using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.

Data Center Migration & Transformation

• Exposure to Data Center Move, Infrastructure Migration, Disaster Recovery, and Transformation initiatives.

Advanced Monitoring & Infrastructure Technologies

• Experience with tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, along with Cloud and Citrix environments.
