About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as US Accounting Associates. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting activities for US clients and working with accounting records, transactions, and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger(GL) activities.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Review invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
• Perform basic data entry and maintain accounting records.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Follow accounting procedures and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams and support US-based clients as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
• Willingness to work in a US night shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of US Accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools.
• Understanding of basic AP, AR, reconciliation, and general ledger concepts.
