KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead SMT & PBA manufacturing engineering operations
• Troubleshoot SMT & PBA production equipment and technical issues
• Handle Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, Wave Soldering, ICT/FCT
• Manage jigs, fixtures, pallets, carriers and production tooling
• Lead model changeovers, feeder setup, stencil changes and nozzle calibration
• Drive OEE, FPY, productivity and process improvement
• Conduct RCA using 8D / 5-Why and implement permanent corrective actions
• Plan and execute TPM, preventive & breakdown maintenance
• Reduce machine downtime and improve line availability
• Lead and mentor Engineering & Maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with ESD, IPC-A-610 and IATF 16949 requirements
