Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Nexthink / DEX / Endpoint platforms.
- Monitor and analyze user, device, application and network experience.
- Identify problems and opportunities to improve DEX scores.
- Create investigations, dashboards and reports.
- Drive automation and Remote Actions.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare roadmaps, success plans and value reports.
- Work with IT teams to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years experience in DEX / Endpoint tools.
- Experience with Nexthink / ZDX / 1E Tachyon / SysTrack.
- Strong Endpoint Analytics & DEX experience.
- Experience in automation / problem management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow / Remedy.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working 5 days from office.
