About this role
Nexthink Engineer Pan India Contract Monitoring DEX Scores, creating recommendations for improvement. • Creating proactive incidents for improvement in performance. • Creating relevant alerts, dashboards, reports for other support teams. • Creating Remote Actions to fix common incidents. • Creating Campaigns for alerting, survey and well-being of employees. • Sentiment analysis, opinion interpretation. • Creation of reports on common requests from employees. • Interface with HR on initiatives to improve wellbeing of employees. • Perform regular health checks in terms of Hierarchy, Nexthink user's RBAC, Collector connectivity. • Ensure Platform and Collectors are up to date and fully connected - if a problem happens with updating a collector, engage with the necessary teams to deploy an update manually after creating a new collector package. • Onboard new Nexthink Engineers, perform regular training on new Remote Actions, Campaigns that are available. • Continuously monitor Nexthink data and alerts to identify potential issues or anomalies. Analyze Nexthink data to proactively detect and resolve IT problems. • Investigate and troubleshoot incidents reported\/related through Nexthink. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the monitored assets (including baselining). • Create and update documentation related to incident responses and problem resolutions, roles-responsibilities • Monitor Nexthink data and alerts, analyze data to detect and resolve IT problems, troubleshoot incidents reported through Nexthink • Create and maintain dashboards and reports, update documentation
