About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Nexthink / CVA Administrator with strong experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Endpoint Analytics, and Enterprise Endpoint Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing the Nexthink platform, ensuring endpoint visibility, proactive monitoring, and enhanced user experience across the organization.

10+ years of IT experience with strong End User Computing (EUC) background.
Hands-on experience as a Nexthink Administrator / CVA Administrator / DEX Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoint environments.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Management, and Device Compliance.
Strong understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Expertise in Nexthink Investigations, Dashboards, Remote Actions, and NQL.
Experience in endpoint monitoring, performance analytics, and user experience management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good to Have

Nexthink Administrator Certification.
Experience with ServiceNow, Genesys, ITOM, or observability platforms.
Knowledge of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and proactive IT operations.
PowerShell scripting and REST API automation experience.
Exposure to Workplace Transformation and End User Experience programs.
