Next Js Developer - Kochi - WFO

Location: Kochi (Work From Office) Experience: 4–8 Years Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate Next.js Senior Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies. This role requires strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and frontend architecture, with a focus on delivering responsive, user-centric, and SEO-optimized solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Next.js and React.js.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API routes to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces based on UI/UX designs and wireframes.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party systems. Performance & Optimization
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and search engine visibility.
• Ensure adherence to frontend development best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application quality. Collaboration & Innovation
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
• Solid understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and SEO best practices. Preferred Skills
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Vercel.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and modern web application ecosystems. Desired Competencies
