New Program Launch Engineer

1. This position is responsible to provide leadership & accountability for New Product Development.

2. Ensure all resources like Man, Material, Machine availability as per plan and follow up with respective section/Dept.

3. Should be able to understand about the Electrical drawing.

4. He should be responsible to launch the new product alpha and beta packs on time.

5. Preparation of Multi Skill Matrix for operators & Rotation Trainings plane.

6. Insuring product quality as per measurement standard, if any deviation found then conducting root cause analysis and taking necessary corrective actions.

7. Conducting meeting with all service departments and update to the NPD manager, In-process Quality, Project manager, JPH performance and action plan review for improvement

8. We should be able to deliver output within the timeline.

9. Responsible for consumable control, non std. manpower reduction, overtime reduction and other cost saving initiatives.

10. Insuring product quality as per measurement standard, if any deviation found then conducting root cause analysis and taking necessary corrective actions

11. Responsible to Control of Non-Conforming product.

12. Ensuring 100% PPE adherence of safety procedures online and Lead by example by always wearing PPE.

13. He is able to build proto pack with the help of drawing, electrical schematic, and some DOE documents.

14. Ensuring implementation & strong adherence to 5-S. TPM, Kanban methodology

15. Accident investigation, reporting & follow through of corrective action items for near miss & safety incidents.

16. Ensure team member safety awareness through training, pre-shift meetings, & individual consultation; strive for continuous improvement in injury reduction.

17. Discipline team members per company policies & procedures.

18. Promote and assist in team building, build positive Team Member relations and demonstrate positive leadership skills; lead by example. 19. Organize, maintain and promote a safe work environment.

20. Perform other duties as assigned.
