New Product Introduction Manager

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), New Product Launch, Product Lifecycle Management and PMO-led product execution. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving new product introduction and launch activities, working closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from initiation through product launch.
• Manage new product launch/product introduction projects and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management and Operations.
• Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle management from development/introduction through launch and transition.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, dashboards and stakeholder communication.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate supply chain readiness and product launch execution activities.
• Monitor launch schedules, deliverables and overall project performance.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, process adherence and project governance.
• Work in a US-shift environment with global stakeholders.
