New Product Development Specialist

At Meolaa, we're building the next generation of consumer brands, and HIRA Fragrances is one of the brands we're scaling.

We're looking for someone who can take a product from What if we made this → Let's make it. → It's on the shelf.

This is not a traditional procurement role.

You'll sit right at the intersection of formulation, fragrance, packaging, sourcing, compliance, costing and manufacturing—and own the journey end to end.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

→ End-to-end NPD from product brief to commercial launch

→ Ingredient & raw material sourcing INCI, COA, SDS, TDS and everything in between

→ Fragrance development with perfumers and fragrance houses, including IFRA compliance

→ Packaging development across glass, pumps, tubes, jars, closures and more

→ Regulatory compliance across Indian cosmetic regulations, BIS, US FDA and EU standards

→ BOMs, costing, negotiations and vendor management

→ Manufacturing coordination and scale-up with contract manufacturing partners

→ Building a reliable, scalable NPD & sourcing ecosystem for HIRA

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ 3–6 years of experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare or Fragrance

→ Hands-on experience in formulation and product development

→ Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients and INCI nomenclature

→ Experience working with fragrance houses / perfumers is a big plus

→ Working knowledge of IFRA and global cosmetic regulations

→ Experience in packaging development and sourcing

→ Strong commercial and negotiation skills

→ Someone who can move from a product brief to a finished product without waiting to be told what to do
