New Product Development (NPD) Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced NPD professional with 12+ years in consumer electronics product development to lead projects from concept to mass production, coordinating cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and quality.

Job Title: New Product Development (NPD) Manager
Location: Bengaluru (Yeswanthpur)
Experience: 12+ Years
Salary: 20 LPA - 26 LPA
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / EEE / ECE or related discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept through mass production
• Coordinate Mechanical, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Quality, SCM, and Manufacturing teams
• Manage project schedules, risks, milestones, and product launch timelines
• Work with OEM/ODM partners and suppliers
• Support electronics design reviews and system architecture discussions
• Coordinate mechanical design, DFM/DFA, and plastic mold development
• Participate in tooling reviews (T0/T1/T2) and manage engineering changes
• Drive EVT, DVT, and PVT validation phases
• Coordinate product certifications (BIS, CE, FCC, RoHS, etc.)
• Finalize BOM and target product cost
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• Support pilot production and manufacturing ramp-up
