New Product Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier partners to design, test, and optimize production processes for new products.
• Develop and implement Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency, reduce defects, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data using tools like CPK, SPC, EMs, EMS, PCB Wave Soldering Yield Improvement Methodologies to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 14-21 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field with expertise in NPI (New Product Introduction).
• Strong understanding of coating technologies used in electronic components assembly (SMT) including wave soldering techniques.
• Proven track record of implementing lean six sigma principles to drive business results through continuous improvement initiatives.
