New Product Development Intern

We are looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to support the development

and implementation of new products in the manufacturing environment. The candidate will c

oordinate with cross-

functional teams for product design, prototype development, testing, documentation, and prod

uction support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new product development activities from concept to production
• Coordinate with design, production, quality, and purchase departments
• Prepare and maintain BOM in ERP system
• Implement ECR / ECN changes in product documentation
• Develop prototypes and support product testing & validation
• Prepare engineering documents, drawings, and process instructions
• Conduct product feasibility and root cause analysis
• Support production line during new product implementation
• Monitor trial builds and pilot production activities
• Ensure product quality and process improvement
• Maintain project timelines and development reports
• Coordinate with vendors for component development and approvals
