Job Description:

We are looking for a Staff to join the New Client Intake team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in client relations and business operations. As a Staff you will be responsible for:

Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients:

• Gathering and verifying required documentation, information, and details
• Accurately entering client information into the systems and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Reviewing and verifying intake forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Communications:

• Conducting follow-up communications with new client intake excel workbook initiator to gather missing information and provide updates on their onboarding status.

Internal Coordination:

• Coordinating with internal team members to address queries and issues promptly.
• Ensuring timely completion of all onboarding activities within established timelines.

Tracking and Reporting:

• Tracking progress for all the onboarding activities.
• Reporting and providing timely and accurate status updates for all assigned tasks.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated with process changes.

Qualifications:

• MBA or Graduate
• 2 – 5 Years experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Support the client onboarding function within the Client Data Management team
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team.
