Brief Description Experience Qualification & Requirements

• Manage project route maps and coordinate closely with the operation head for seamless execution.
• Regularly update CRM, BIS portal, and ensure timely responses to client emails.
• Assist in preparing applications, responding to queries, and maintaining approval records for future reference.
• Keep track of important deadlines (e.g., report expiry dates) and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients, testing labs, vendors, and engineers to ensure smooth operations and meet client needs.
• Plan and schedule engineer visits while managing time effectively to address outstanding tasks.
• Report daily activities, including project progress, challenges, and completed tasks.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges using strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain detailed records for all activities and approvals to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  
  

Min 2 year Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/ Material/ Industrail Engineering
