Monitor and review a high volume of user-generated content (chats, posts, comments, videos, etc.) in real-time or through flagged queues.

Determine if content violates community standards, terms of service, or legal requirements (e.g., hate speech, bullying, spam, misinformation, graphic violence, illegal content).

Apply moderation actions which may include removing the content, issuing warnings, or blocking/banning user accounts.

Gain and maintain expert knowledge of complex and evolving community guidelines and policies.

Apply policies consistently and accurately to diverse and nuanced pieces of content, often requiring sound critical thinking and judgment.

Maintain accurate records of moderation activity, user complaints, and recurring issues.

Provide detailed reports on trends, content violations, and policy effectiveness.

Collaborate with policy, engineering, and quality assurance teams to improve moderation tools and refine content guidelines.

Participate in calibration sessions to ensure moderation decisions align across the team.
