Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform complex neurosurgical procedures such as brain surgery, spinal surgery, and paediatric neurosurgery.
  
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Conduct pre-operative assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide post-operative care to patients.
  
• Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in neurology and neurosurgery through continuous learning and professional development.
  
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.Ch (Neuro Surgery) / DrNB (Neuro Surgery) degree from a recognized institution.
  
• 1-5 years of experience in neurosurgery or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of CNS, trauma, spine, and neurology principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
