Call Centre & corporate Voice Networking on Avaya/ Cisco Media servers.
Good Communication skills to discuss and understand issues, requirements with customers with direct one on one communication or over phone/mails.
Hands-on experience with Cisco 4000/8000 series Gateways.
Expertise in SIP, H.323, MGCP, and PRI configurations.
Learning of Avaya/ Cisco or Third Party SIP Based IP based IP Telephony features and configuration.
Configure Cisco 4000/8000 series Voice Gateways, SIP Trunks, Analog, and PRI Lines.
Integrate Voice Gateways with CUCM and monitor performance.
