We are looking for a hands-on engineer to design and build a scalable simulation and performance-testing framework for a decentralized mesh networking platform supporting 1,000+ virtual nodes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build distributed simulation/test frameworks for 1,000+ virtual nodes.
• Test message reliability, latency, throughput, concurrency, and scalability.
• Simulate node join/leave, failures, recovery, and self-healing scenarios.
• Develop performance, load, resilience, and long-duration soak tests.
• Deploy and scale test infrastructure using Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Implement monitoring, metrics, logging, and performance analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong Python and/or Go development experience.
• Distributed systems and network/protocol testing experience.
• Performance, scalability, load, and resilience engineering.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Terraform/IaC and CI/CD.
• Observability/telemetry tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
