Project Role Description : Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Summary:
As a Network and Services Operations Representative, a typical day involves configuring and integrating telecommunication network elements while overseeing their entire life cycle. This role includes managing associated configurations across both Fulfillment and Assurance processes. The position requires maintaining accurate back office system data records and providing support for customer activations and necessary configuration adjustments. The work is dynamic and involves coordination with various teams to ensure seamless network operations and service delivery.

- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and resolve operational challenges.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
- Strong understanding of telecommunication network configurations and lifecycle management.
- Experience in managing back office system data records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to support and troubleshoot customer activations and configuration changes effectively.
- Familiarity with integration processes between network elements and operational support systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide scalable solutions across multiple teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
