Network Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor OT network infrastructure and connectivity. 
•  First-level troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls and access points. \
• Troubleshoot network connectivity between PLC, SCADA, HMI and servers. 
•  Monitor network alerts and incidents. Check LAN/VLAN connectivity and port status. 
•  Perform basic troubleshooting using ping, tracert/traceroute and network diagnostic tools. 
•  Coordinate with L2/vendor for complex incidents.
•  Maintain OT network documentation, asset details and port mapping. 
•  Follow approved change and incident management procedures. 
•  Support preventive maintenance activities. Maintain shift handover and daily operational reports.
•  Follow OT cybersecurity and access-control procedures.
