Network Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer with a strong background in Networking, Server administration, Switching, Routing, Firewall management, and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure, providing hands-on technical support, and supervising cross-functional teams. This role requires regular field visits to client or branch locations for installation, troubleshooting, and project supervision.

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, server, and CCTV-related issues, both remotely and onsite.
• Conduct field visits for network infrastructure deployment, upgrades, and incident resolution.
• Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams during project implementation and maintenance activities.
• Monitor network performance, analyze issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality and security.
• Manage and maintain firewall policies, VPNs, and network security protocols.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, ensuring integration with network infrastructure.
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and end-users as required.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices to enhance system reliability and security.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in networking, server administration, switching, routing, firewall configuration, and CCTV systems.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring, diagnostic tools, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments and supervise cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft) are preferred
