Network Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routing, switching, and SDWAN.
• Design and implement network architectures using VLANs, WAN links, and other networking technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex network problems.
• Develop documentation for network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure network security by implementing access controls and monitoring system logs.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in network engineering, preferably as a Network Support Engineer.
• Knowledge of routing protocols, switching concepts, and SDWAN technology.
• Familiarity with network design principles and implementation methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, with a maximum of 8 years of experience.
