Job Description Telecom OSS / Network SME

Experience: 9 to 15 Years
Domain: Telecom OSS & Network Operations

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems).
• Extensive knowledge of Telecom Network Architecture.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
• FTTx (Fiber to the X) Networks
• IP/MPLS Networks
• Transport/TDM Networks
• Ethernet Networks
• 4G/5G Wireless Networks
• Expertise in Network Planning, Provisioning, Fault Management, Performance Management, and Service Assurance.
• Understanding of Telecom OSS tools and platforms.
• Experience in network operations, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SDH, DWDM, GPON, Routing & Switching concepts is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and telecom industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Telecom OSS solutions.
• Analyze and optimize telecom network performance across wireline and wireless technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for OSS integration and network transformation projects.
• Troubleshoot complex network and service issues.
• Support network operations, service provisioning, and assurance activities.
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for telecom network modernization.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
