Job Description -

• Experience Range: 10 - 15+ years of overall experience in Telecom, OSS, Network
• Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore
• Qualification: B. Tech /B.E/ Masters Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering
• At least 4+ years of experience for the following areas:
• Lead OSS consulting engagements and telecom transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary Network and OSS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client programs.
• Define target-state architecture, operating models, and OSS roadmaps.
• Provide domain leadership for Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, and Network Automation solutions.
• Drive OSS modernization, cloud transformation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Conduct business and technical workshops with client stakeholders.
• Lead requirements discovery, solution assessments, gap analysis, and recommendations.
• Support RFPs, proposals, solution estimations, and pre-sales activities.
• Guide delivery teams on telecom business processes, network technologies, and OSS best practices.
• Mentor architects, consultants, and engineering teams.

Must Haves-

• Strong knowledge of Telecom Network Architecture and Operations.
• Deep understanding of:
• Fiber Networks (FTTx)
• Transport / TDM Networks
• IP/MPLS Networks
• Ethernet Services
• Wireless Networks (4G/5G)
• Network Topology & Connectivity
• Network Planning & Capacity Management
• Experience supporting Tier-1 Telecom Service Providers.
• OSS Platforms:- hands on experience in one or more of::-
• Netcracker OSS Suite
• IBM Netcool
• Amdocs OSS
• Oracle Communications
• Cramer
• ServiceNow Telecom Solutions
• ESRI GIS Platforms
• Service Order Management Platforms

Good to Haves-

• GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, Smallworld, or Utility Network.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Network Automation and Orchestration platforms.
• AIOps and Intelligent Assurance solutions.
• Kafka, Microservices, API-led architectures.
• OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
• AI/ML use cases in Telecom Operations.
• Experience in Network Inventory Consolidation and OSS Transformation programs.
• TOGAF, TM Forum, PMP, SAFe, or Cloud certifications.
• Experience supporting Verizon, AT&T, Frontier, BT, Vodafone, Telstra, or similar telecom operators.
