In this role, you will be working as Network Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, configure, and secure enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves supporting network availability, resolving incidents, implementing configuration changes, performing upgrades, and addressing security vulnerabilities.

• Network Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to network-related issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Configuration Management: Configure and manage network devices such as Cisco routers, switches, F5 load balancers and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Security Implementation: Implement and enforce network security policies to protect against unauthorized access and threats.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support overall IT infrastructure and operations.
• Upgrades and Updates: Plan and execute network upgrades and updates to ensure the latest technologies are in place and mitigate Bugs and Vulnerabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field of study.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  Routing & Switching: Strong knowledge of enterprise routing and switching concepts, network protocols, and Cisco network infrastructure.
• Cisco Routers & Switches: Configuration, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Cisco routers and switches.
• Palo Alto Firewalls: Configuration, management, troubleshooting, security policy implementation, and firewall administration.
• F5 Load Balancers: Configuration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of F5 load-balancing solutions.
• Cisco ACI: Knowledge of Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) environments.
• Network Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, availability, and network-related issues.
• Network Security: Implementation and maintenance of network security policies to protect infrastructure from unauthorized access and threats.
• TCP/IP & Network Protocols: Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and enterprise network communication.
• Network Monitoring: Monitoring network infrastructure to maintain performance, reliability, and availability.
• Configuration Management: Managing network device configurations and maintaining proper configuration documentation.
• Network Upgrades: Planning and supporting firmware, software, and infrastructure upgrades across network environments.
• Vulnerability Remediation: Supporting remediation activities for network security vulnerabilities, bugs, and identified risks.
• Incident Troubleshooting: Responding to network incidents, identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and minimizing service disruption.
• Network Automation: Knowledge of automation tools for improving and simplifying network administration activities.
• Python: Working knowledge of Python for network automation and operational tasks.
• Documentation: Maintaining network configuration documents, operational procedures, troubleshooting information, and technical documentation.
• Change Management: Supporting planned network changes, upgrades, configuration updates, and production implementation activities.
• Collaboration: Working closely with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical coordination, incident handling, and documentation.
