Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve customer-reported network/security issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose firewall and system-related issues.
• Hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortigate and/or Fortinet firewalls.
• Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
• Ensure SLA adherence and proactively monitor issues.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-availability 24x7 environment.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in Network Security.
