Job Description Responsible for maintaining and securing network infrastructure, handling escalated issues from Level 1, and implementing security measures. Requires troubleshooting complex network problems and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
• Administer and troubleshoot Network Voice (Cisco, Genesys, Teams).
• Configure and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor security devices, analyze logs, and manage firewall rules.
• Implement remediation for identified vulnerabilities.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for hardware/software fixes.
• Plan and execute network enhancements and security configurations.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in network security.
• Certifications like CCNA / CCNP are required.
• Familiarity with enterprise firewall/VPN tools (Fortinet, Cisco).
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, and LAN-WAN.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
