2-3 years of experience in Networking/NOC environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in networking concepts, monitoring tools, troubleshooting, and basic scripting.

Networking

• 2-3 years of experience in Networking / NOC / Infrastructure Support.
• Good understanding of:
• TCP/IP
• DNS
• SNMP
• SSH
• Basic networking and connectivity concepts

Operating Systems

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting using OS-level commands/tools.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with network/infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze alerts and identify the root cause of basic infrastructure issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a NOC or production support environment is preferred.

Scripting

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Shell scripting, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Understanding of scripting concepts such as variables, conditions, loops, and functions is desirable.
