Position Name: Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Role Summary:
Monitor and manage customer network infrastructure and devices. Validate network alarms, categorize incidents, and coordinate with L2 engineers. Execute health checks, reporting, and shift handovers in a 24x7 operational environment.
What Youll Do:
- Monitor LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, network security, wireless network, and cloud environment
- Monitor network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless controllers, and WAPs
- Validate network alarms and correlate events within agreed SLA
- Understand and categorize network tasks and incidents (P1-P4) coordinate with L2 engineers
- Monitor planned changes and maintenance activities, including pre- and post-change health checks
- Perform daily network operational health checks and prepare operational reports
- Ensure timely shift attendance and proper shift handover as per operational processes
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in monitoring network infrastructure and devices
- Ability to validate network alarms and correlate events
- Skills in incident understanding, categorization, and coordination with L2 engineers
- Proficiency in conducting operational health checks and reporting
- Willingness to work 24 7 365 rotational shifts from office
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

Qualifications:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- CCNP
- NSE-4
