Network Losses (NL) Organization exists to reduce and control operationally controllable defects that results into financial loss to the company presented in inventory overwrite or customer concessions.

NL AM -Network losses Area Manager- will be responsible for reducing operations defects leading to network losses.

NL AM will work closely & daily with field operations, security and loss prevention, legal, vendor management teams with to make sure process defects leading to losses are eliminated and reflected into goodness is reflected at weekly loss figures.

Key job responsibilities

Accountable for achieving the overarching Network Losses (NL) metrics targets through:

• Collaborating with operational stakeholders to align new input metrics.
• Daily tracking of input metrics, actively engaging with operations to implement fixes and enhance these metrics.
• Identifying and addressing new operational defects, implementing effective countermeasures.
• Identifying and highlighting structural challenges to drive the NL charter forward.
• Drive NL Weekly business review.
• Daily useage of SQL to generate business insights

In order to minimize these losses, it is essential to gain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and the financial repercussions associated with each non-conformity. Therefore, our fundamental approach is to conduct a thorough Deep Dive.

In the dynamic environment of eCommerce, operational controls must be executed swiftly, emphasizing a heightened Bias for Action. The key success criteria revolve around achieving a profound comprehension that facilitates proactive risk mitigation and enables rapid resolution of adhoc issues.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Experience in advanced SQL & ability to write complex queries from scratch from multiple tables
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• 6+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
