We are looking for an experienced Network L2 Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise networking and troubleshooting. The candidate should have good technical expertise in Switching, Routing, Firewall, Radware Load Balancer, NAC, and SD-WAN and be capable of independently handling network incidents and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure and resolve network incidents within defined SLAs.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot switches and routers.
• Troubleshoot VLANs, trunking, STP, inter-VLAN routing, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPN, and connectivity-related issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Radware Load Balancers, including VIPs, pools, health checks, traffic flow, and application connectivity.
• Support and troubleshoot NAC (Network Access Control) related authentication and access issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SD-WAN connectivity, routing, policies, and performance issues.
• Perform network monitoring, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis.
• Handle network changes, configuration updates, and implementation activities as per change-management processes.
• Coordinate with L1, L3, security, application, and infrastructure teams for complex issue resolution.
• Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement activities.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Switching and Routing.
• Good knowledge of VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPN.
• Experience working with Firewalls and troubleshooting security/connectivity issues.
• Hands-on experience with Radware Load Balancer.
• Experience with NAC solutions and network authentication/access control.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with SD-WAN.
• Strong network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise network monitoring and ticketing tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet/Palo Alto, Radware, Aruba, Cisco SD-WAN or equivalent technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent would be an advantage.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in Network Engineering/Network Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Switching, Routing, Firewall, Radware Load Balancer, NAC, and SD-WAN.
• Experience working in an enterprise/production environment will be preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts/on-call support, if required.
