JOB Title - Field Network Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide field service support for broadband services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of network equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues with customer premise equipment (CPE) devices such as routers, modems, and gateways. n
Skill Required :
- Knowledge of operating OTDR Tool and Splicing upto 48 Core
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Maintaining, configuring, router and various ONT.
- Must have knowledge in router installation and cofigration
