Network Field Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network issues using various tools and techniques to identify root causes of problems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, backups, and logging.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
• Strong understanding of router configuration (e.g., Cisco IOS), switch configuration (e.g., VLANs), firewall configuration (e.g., ASA).
• Ability to work independently on-site at customer locations.
