Network Field Engineer L1

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues at customer sites, ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
• Configure new routers, switches, and other network devices according to customer requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades, backups, and logging on network equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of outages or performance issues.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (Network Field Engineer L1).
• Strong understanding of router configuration and network configuration principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
