Network Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities.

1. Responsible for deployment of network elements for global customers at client sites.
2. Planning network solutions as per global customer requirements.
3. Responsible for resolving L2 calls, which are beyond pure connectivity.
4. Providing technical assistance, Troubleshooting and Application fine tuning.
5. Analyzing customer issues and suggesting further modifications.
6. Responsible for improving overall quality of L2/L3 calls resolution for international customers through random checks and audits.
7. Improving the overall technical experience of users for the service and ensuring all customers get equitable and reliable services.

8. Experience in routing and switching

9. Basic knowledge on linux, Vmware will be preferred

• Candidate should be willing to work on rotational shift
• Good communication skill is a must.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work From Office)

• Individual with CCNA & CCNP Certification
