Network Engineer

Job Summary

Alfa KPO is seeking a motivated Network Engineer to support and maintain the organization's network and IT infrastructure. The role involves supporting network infrastructure, firewall administration, connectivity management, Active Directory administration, network monitoring, and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day network and technical operations.
• Support incident management and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Assist with firewall management, policy implementation, ISP coordination, and network connectivity.
• Support Active Directory administration, including user-account creation and policy management.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize network infrastructure.
• Support networking components including load balancing and bandwidth monitoring.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, network, and hardware issues.
• Test and diagnose computer hardware to maintain reliable system performance.
• Support network availability, performance, and secure connectivity.
• Document technical issues and resolutions where required.

Requirements

• Graduate qualification in B.Sc. IT, BCS, BCA, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with strong networking fundamentals or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN and fundamental networking concepts.
• Understanding of firewalls and network security concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to work in rotational day and night shifts.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical enterprise networking skills.
