Network Engineer

Requirements:

• Networking knowledge/expertise is a must.
• Excellent understanding of firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions.
• Working knowledge of XML and REST APIs, including experience testing/inspecting APIs with tools like Postman or similar.
• Comfortable reading and writing scripts (Python or similar) to test device behavior, parse configurations, or prototype logic.
• Practical hands-on fluency with AI tools (e. g., Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude) for research, coding, and documentation.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CIS and STIG security-hardening standards.
• Network certifications are also a huge plus.
• Skills include Cisco CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, Check Point CCSE, VMware VCP-NV (Network Virtualization), VMware NXK, and Juniper JNCP.
