Network Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose: Network implementation, migration execution, operational support, automation execution, and troubleshooting.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Arista routing & switching technologies.
• Fundamental understanding of Cisco Enterprise Networks and Cisco Nexus environments.
• CCNA certification preferred; CCNP is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic working knowledge of Python, Ansible, Terraform, and APIs, with the ability to execute predefined automation tasks and scripts.
• Experience supporting network operations, incident resolution, service requests, and change implementations.
• Ability to perform configuration updates, device onboarding, validation testing, and troubleshooting using established procedures and playbooks.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Escalate complex technical issues to technical leads while ensuring timely resolution and customer communication.
• Maintain operational documentation, asset inventories, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/BSc in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant networking experience.

• CCIE Enterprise/Data Center (Preferred
