We are looking for an experienced Aruba Network Engineer with strong expertise in Aruba Routing, Switching, and Wireless Technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across large-scale environments.

Must Have :

• 8+ years of overall IT experience in Network Administration/Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Routing, Switching, and Wireless Solutions.
• Experience with Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Central, and ClearPass.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, STP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience in enterprise network deployment, support, and optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Aruba-based enterprise network solutions.
• Configure and manage Aruba switches, routers, wireless access points, and mobility controllers.
• Implement and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, and routing protocols.
• Manage Aruba Central and ClearPass for network access control and monitoring.
• Perform wireless site surveys, capacity planning, and RF optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex L3 network issues related to routing, switching, and wireless connectivity.
• Implement network security policies, authentication, and access control solutions.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Work closely with infrastructure and security teams on network modernization initiatives.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
