Role & responsibilities
Supports basic network setup, device configuration, and troubleshooting of connectivity issues under senior engineer guidance.
Monitors basic security events, supports user access management, and assists in enforcing standard security policies under supervision.
Supports basic wireless connectivity setup, assists in access point configuration, and helps troubleshoot common WLAN connectivity issues under supervision.
Supports basic VoIP phone setup, assists in user provisioning, and helps troubleshoot common call connectivity issues under supervision.
