• Assisting with the creation of network architecture design, security policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures.
• Designing a data center network and analyzing the materials required for the buildup of both the IT and non-IT infrastructure.
• Maximized network performance by monitoring performance using SolarWinds.
• Network Ticket monitoring in the Service Now tool and resolving with the solution in SLA.
• Troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
• Provided operational support to ensure that network services are delivered to internal, hosted, and managed service customers
• Knowledge on Network automation tools such as Cisco DNA and Rundeck (Ansible Playbook) to configure and monitor the networks.
• Planning, designing, and configuring LAN/WAN architecture. Working on the device such as Cisco ISR4400/ISR 4300, Cisco ASR920, Cisco ASA 5508, 5516, Cisco Firepower 1100 device, and Cisco 3650/3850 switches.
• Upgrading Cisco routers, switches, Cisco ASA / Firepower Firewall, and Cisco AnyConnect Profiles.
• Working on the Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC) application to manage all Firewalls.
• Creating and establishing a New VPN setup in a firewall to establish a secure connection for remote users.
• Knowledge on the Cisco Meraki application to manage wireless access points and to upgrade firmware
• Creation of DMVPN tunnel & Site to Site tunnel between Datacenter and branch location
• Managing all the Network devices via Opengear to avoid field support on outage time.
• Identifying and mitigating issues or risks associated with the network security design or solution implementations
• Managing the design, and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits related to network operations
