Network Engineer

Location: Noida/Pune/Chennai/Hyderabad

Work Mode: WFO

Your Role:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS, and load balancers.
• Support and monitor network components in on-premises and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, acting as an escalation point for critical incidents.
• Implement and maintain security measures across network systems.
• Review vulnerability reports and assist in remediation activities.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
• Maintain and update network documentation and topology diagrams.
• Collaborate with global teams for network upgrades and projects.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for network support.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-9 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP).
• Experience with enterprise-grade hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Check Point).
• Basic to intermediate exposure to cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets).
• Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network security protocols.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark).
• Good understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Network certification preferred (CCNP or equivalent).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global team and handle escalations effectively.
